Should I lock down now if I see an egg rocking?

Tomorrow is day 14 Set around 9am on 3/1 I was going to refill water troughs and the sponge tomorrow morning and lock down then, but I just noticed one of the eggs keeps rocking... I tried to candle but I am no expert I am not sure if it has pipped internally or not. Thoughts? (Maybe it doesn't even matter being so close?)

If you have a egg rocking---its probably close to hatching----how would a egg that takes 3 weeks to hatch be about to hatch in 2 weeks??? Did this egg come from under a broody hen?? Why would you want to lock down on day 14 instead of day 18 like most? Maybe I should ask-----what breed of eggs are you hatching??
