Should I move Silkie every once in a while?

Hello all, I have a Wilkie that’s about 8 months old that’s been broody for 3 days now. She’s got 7 eggs right now. Should I be worried about her harming herself without eating or drinking? The few times I’ve checked each day I never see her out. Something on the Internet said move her once a day so she can eat and drink. Should I move her each day?

Broodies will normally hop off once a day to eat and drink.... if she definitely isn't hopping off I would get her off every couple of days and try get her to eat and drink
