Should I put them in the incubator or wait?

I have 22 silkie eggs and they are still coming. I don't know if I should wait and see if hens will sit or should I go ahead and put them in the incubator. I need you guys to help me decide.

neither..sorry I think they would be better off getting shipped to me..Ill take good care of them :-) LOL...I would incubate-how old are they?
