Should I slice my grapes?

I get bunches from the local store that have a few bad ones so they take them off the shelf. I just toss them to the girls and let them play keep away.

Thank you everyone. Now I feel a little better if I get lazy and just throw whole grapes out for the older chickens. I do have to admit though, I'll probably still chop them most of the time. I'm a little obsessed over my new chickens and seem to pamper them as much as I can. Plus then the little pieces might last a little longer. Thanks for all the replies, and I was laughing out loud with most of them!

Watch this video. It should remove your fears of a chicken eating a whole grape.

My chickens especially the rooster swallow as many whole grapes as they can keep away from the others.

I like the games of keep away too much to cut them up. In late summer/early fall, when the wild grapes ripen, I snip off whole tendrils. Leaves, grape bunches and all and throw them in. They love the wild grapes. They're a bit smaller so there's not so much keep away.
