Should I worry?

I’ve had soft eggs, I’ve had shell less eggs , but I’ve never seen an egg with a tail..... humm hope someone knows what this is ....??

It's a soft shell egg with a tail

'Tail' is just extra membrane.
Hopefully just a glitch.
Knowing more about your birds would help us determine if it's anything more concerning.

I have 6 one and a half year olds they are healthy happy. They get out every day for a few hours to go in yard and a wooded area. Eat Dumor layer pellets little scratch every day little bits of fruits and veggie scraps. They are not stressed. I normally get six extra large eggs a day.

Hopefully just a glitch.....tho they could be ramping down egg production to molt, you can get some funky eggs at that time, and when they start laying again after the molt is complete.
