Should my chickens be molting?

I have 6 12 week old pullets and there seem to be alot of feathers every where. Is this usual or are my birds picking each other my favorrels are also missing their tail feathers everyone is kinda sad looking here.

Sounds like it would be too soon for them to be molting, they're pretty young.

They are probably shedding old feathers and growing bigger ones as they get bigger. My buff orps are doing the same thing .
