Should these ladies be laying?

I didn't know about the oyster shell, thank you. Everything I read makes me think they are laying eggs and I just can't find them or something is eating them. They do the "egg song" or so I have heard it called.. they are LOUD bock, bock, BUHKA! haha. I have tried leaving them in the Coop in the morning but nothing..
Sounds to me like you need to do some serious chicken TV watching! If you haven't been able to find any yet, that's what I'd do!!

They are supposed to be guranteed female. I paid extra because we can't have roosters where we live. I will take pictures when my son goes down for a nap.

Don't panic just yet - so far I only see one extremely suspicious bird - (head down/bottom up in the second photo you posted). Depending on what method the farmer was using for sexing the birds, it isn't *that* surprising to get a surprise male here and there. How old were the birds when you purchased them - I know you mentioned not being sure of age, but were they fully feathered, partially feathered, etc?
