I put fake eggs in the lay boxes. They stop eating eggs if they hit a hard fake egg, and no reward.

We use fake eggs, too. Could be what stopped her from eating them, not sure. Her old owner claimed he used fake ones, too, and it didn’t help, but I can’t verify if that was true or not. Not in my experience, roll out boxes are the only thing that works for me, unless the egg eater learns to hang on to the egg somehow. I do not play around with egg eaters, if i catch a hen with egg on its face I will cull that hen.They stop eating eggs if they hit a hard fake egg
