should you feed your adult rooster different feed than adult hens

Unless they are show birds and seperated or are breeding stock they may get different feed but it's not needed. All my Roosters get good layer feed and do just great on that, besides if they are running with the ladies they eat salad LOL, Layer feed.

my pullets dont seem to be fattening up and i cant figure it out should i give them something more than chick feed and table scrapps i give them chopped corn they like it

It is, apparently, the adults that can deal with the layer feed's excess calcium needed by the laying hens for eggshells.

"It is also interesting to realize that most roosters today are fed high-calcium breeder diets, which provide 4-6x their calcium needs, yet kidney dysfunction is quite rare in these birds."

edited to add: there is all sorts of evidence that juvenile non-laying birds can have health problems when given a laying hen's diet.​
