Note: Lilly is both a boy an a girl. i have been doing some research and i believe that she is a female that has an overy that does not work wich makes her look the way she does.

I don't usually peruse this section, so sorry that I missed it! I went out and took photos just for you! First is Cannonball and his wife Stella. She's getting around very well after losing her toes this past spring. I may just try to integrate them into the main flock, if the other birds leave her alone!

Next, we have my favorite hen, Freznel. "Nelly" has been a part-time broody for quite a while, so I'm going to introduce this weekend's hatchlings to her to see how serious she really is!

These are last week's chicks in the brooder. I've been utilizing the "serendipity" breeding method, so I have no idea who the parents are! They will be the new chicks' friends if Nelly gets too confused.

The Gang. Nine Seramas about two months old and a Silkie/Cochin. All the boys are from Cannonball and Stella. The other hens are picking up her slack, though, and I'm getting a lot of pullets from the other birds.

Thought I'd give ya an idea as to how big these little guys are at day old.

She's turning out to be a beautiful little girl. I'll take a new pic of her and her brothers and sisters and post them for you as well!
