I'm wondering if any of you know a brave breed of chicken, one that is aggressive to predators but isn't too aggressive with other chickens or people.
Not looking for a rooster as we would get noise complaints and we are currently not wanting chicks

No.
You aren't really going to find any hens (or roosters) that are aggressive to predators.

They are after all called "chicken" for a reason.

A predator secure coop and run would be far more effective as predator prevention than a fluffy laying hen.

Leghorns are friendly and flighty and are excellent for free ranging due to being alert and their ability to escape by running fast or flying.
They're not lap chickens but they're sweet. They also lay a lot of eggs

Thank you, I'll check out this breed, they should be good as they'd alert my other chickens, hopefully lowering the chance of them getting swooped and injured

If the predators you have in mind are the aerial kind (ie hawks), then put up a corvid feeder and invite some crows.

They're being swooped by Australian magpies. I only have ravens in my area, do you know if they would protect my chickens same as crows?

Are magpies predators? I thought they were scavengers. I don't think they would actually hurt an adult chicken.

The crows and ravens don't really protect chickens, but they will attack hawks and other raptors in their territory.
