We have double pop doors so that if a predator breaches one, the inner one is facing it without any hardware and can't be opened.
Run is also secrred with 1/2" mesh hardware cloth on three sides and under the perimeter.

They also open onto a platform, which is wonderful for winter exercise- they prefer to come out onto it, check the ground and decide whether to remain up or jump down. Treats either way!
