Beautiful birds and eggs! And lucky are those ladies who are allowed to have a man friend to nurture them!!!

We have three, the white is Snow White, the blue is Bluebell and the brown is Princess Laya:

These are the ones I have! The light brown is Amara and the darker one is Gail. One thing I have noticed about ALL my EE’s is that they chase birds a lot! If either of those two see a songbird in the pen or flying above it they go nuts and chase them off and flap and spin in circles and jump around—it’s so cute and funny to watch. They also come in lots of fun colors and their eggs do too! I’ve noticed that none of mine have been very affectionate and will in fact scream if I attempt to pick them up. My favorite thing about all my EE’s have been their fluffy cheeks!!

As a word of caution however EE’s are susceptible to a skull deformity called scissor beak. Any breed can have this but it is more common in EE’s. Amara had a moderately severe one but after my sister prayed it actually realigned itself but is not perfect (doesn’t really close all the way, but she eats and drinks with no problems). Some are easier to deal with than others so I suggest reading up on this so you know what to do just in case! Amara looks super adorable and quirky with her funny beak and enormously fluffy cheeks though
