I have 10 ducks 8 mallards 1 crested 1 pekin..Here is were mine stay the top is covered with welded poles and wire and the cage is sunk in the ground an inch or 2 durning the day they are let out in the yard to fly around eat bugs and grass..I do not have a fenced in yard..I live in the city..So when they are out me and 4 kids are always there to make sure none of my neighbors stupid dogs are around..They all can fly except the crested,pekin of course they never had left the yard...I have a duck sitting right now..Not sure of how many eggs their are as they belong to 4 different females and they are taking turns....
