Show me your favorite GARDEN PICTURE!!!

Here are some of last year's garden and yard. I didn't take too many throughout the year but I want to this year so I can see the difference season to season.

This shows the start of my herb bread in front of the garden.

Keep those pics coming! My garden is full of snow- it looks like I filled it up with a dump truck!!! 24 days till spring!

Thank you!! That is one of the best pictures of my daughter and I. We really enjoy the outdoors together. I can't wait for all of my flowers. I started planting sunflower seedlings 3 yrs ago and have not had to plant since. My garden is over taken with volunteers. We started with 2 butterfly bushes and now I end up pulling some out like weeds. They have spread like crazy!

I call that "subtractive gardening". With "subtractive gardening" you plant invasive perennials or plants that self sow and just pull out whatever you don't want. MUCH easier than babying and nursing delicate plants that die on you anyway

I couldn't agree more, Wife! Why struggle and beg a plant to grow, when so many want to do just that. It is way more fun to pull out plants, than to spend money and time praying over plants that don't want to grow!!! The minute spring comes, I'll have to dig up tons of daisy's. I know they are under the snow reproducing like crazy!! Time to make a new garden! 23 days till spring!

We plan to till in about 6 weeks, the grass is growing quite welll.. is that a cover crop

I went through my pile of seed packs and pulled out anything that said "start indoors" and planted them in trays last week. The Romain and Purple Brocolli are already coming up like mad. The purple tomatos and egg plant are still under cover. I have the tray in my kitchen window so it feels like spring here. The non fruit bearing, plum is starting to look purple from a distance.
