Show Me Your Fence Pictures For Your Chickens

I used a AKC dog kennel run I had from TSC. It took a little time to run the hardware cloth around the bottom and get it where critters can't get in but it works fine. When the sun comes up I'll get a pic of it. I would liked to have had a few more panels but I wasn't going to pay $69 for anymore of um.

This is the kennel. I did have to built on panel onto the chicken coop to ever get what I did.

And 18 inches of welded wire flat on the ground and these paver all the way everything.

Hi, I used 6' x 10' chain link construction fence sections that I got off craigs list for $10.00 each. Set 4" x 4" posts in concrete every 10' and used a 2" x 6" top and bottom to raise the height. (I'm 6'2") Wanted to be able to walk in run without having to bend over. Then I joisted it out and put chain link on top. good luck with yours.

We are almost done with our outside. Each side will be 10 x 20 with entrance into the coop and a people door on the outside. We used 2x4 welded wire with a top as we have hawks that like our chickies a bit too much

Awesome use of a small, otherwise un-usable space!

It used to be a dog run for my daughters dogs. When she moved to AL I told the GF it was a perfect area to keep some chickens. She surprisingly, readily agreed. The run extends about 20 ft past what you see in the previous pic. I had it blocked off to seperate the RIRs and Araucanas. They didn't get along at all. Now all is good.

This is our run for the 'Little Deuce Coop." My husband just finished it this past weekend (this is not a finished photo). I asked for a roof on it before winter hits; I was thinking corrugated plastic or metal, but this is what he decided on, which is just fine with me!

Thank you! This was the first structure my husband ever built. He did it by himself, shingles and all and designed it himself too- to my specifications, of course.
