I am totally excited, too!!!! Be sure to tell me what breed the pig is. I know a few pig breeds, but not many. Also, is this going to be a pet pig or a food pig (makes a difference). Thanks.

My first pallet compost bin, maybe 30+ years ago, was just 4 pallets tied together with some rope! In comparison, your compost bin looks like it was built by a master craftsman! I love it.
How big will the pig be when it goes to butcher? I have been trying to convince Dear Wife that I should raise a pig in the spring/summer/fall and butcher it before winter. Not making any headway on that plea... 
Its a fine line but I'd much rather raise as a pet (like we do the chickens) and harvest when time vs having them not treated well, squashed in minimum sqfootage etc...its a line I walk just fine lol...living creatures all deserve love and respect ...and then they become food...maybe I am not the norm...Yeah, best wishes on walking that line. It can be hard when a pet becomes supper. But I suppose if the minors know this up front, they will be able to handle it just like many of us did back in the day. Grandpa taught me to respect the life given for the food we ate. Knowing where the food comes from makes the sacrifice all the more real.
Wondering if a person can tag a pig with a GPS or Bluetooth locator? Would be great just to call the tag on the phone and zero in on where the pig is hiding. I know you can get bluetooth tags to put on things like keychains. Comes in handy if you have elderly parents misplacing items.
Something like that might help a person find that piglet who is running hog wild in the woods.
