Cochin/Pekin folk. Please TRUTHFULLY answer the questions below:

1. How friendly/cuddly are they?
2. Broody? How many eggs?
3. Can they fly high? Could they fly out a brooder?
4. How big are they?
5. Any other things I must know?

1. VERY friendly
2. Don’t know yet, but I am sure can’t be worse than my silkie, Layla that goes broody for at least 2 months every time she has laid about 5 eggs.
3. Yes and yes.
4. Silkie size or smaller. Hens weigh in at about 1.5 lbs or 680 grams.
I am sure there are some that are lighter or heavier than this though. I’ll have to weigh Hanabi and see how much she weighs at almost 5 months of age.
5. They are just super fun and a great addition to the flock in my opinion!

Thank you, she is much prettier in person, very fluffy, outgoing, and friendly! Her little foot feathers are fabulous lol. I can't wait for her to get her spots though

I think she'll get prettier with age Meyer hatchery seems to have really good mottled bantam cochins!
