whats a buff? and what does broody mean?

Buff is like a Golden Blonde color.
Broody hen is a hen who rather sit on eggs to incubate them or hatch them rather then eating. Many breeds will go broody over time to time. Not, a whole lot to stop them. Just take their eggs away. And hope they forget​

We have 10 babies not named yet. This time we're going to wait and see what sex they are so "Sadie" doesn't become "Butch", and so on. (We think it might give them a complex!)

It's so much fun coming up with great names!!
