I tried to stick with names of wines/liquor, but my husband also helped.
One of my white laced wyandottes Piper, looks like a sand piper on the beach to me with it's neck tucked in tight and looks like it's all legs when it runs.
I'm thinking Miss Chipmunk will get a name change, and possibly Bourbon--they are only 5-10 days old.
Flossy, Mossy, and Blanche are my older birds--4months. Flossy and Mossy look like twins, but Blanche is a White Araucauna with gray and rusty brown feathers. They stick together and tolerate the younger pullets so I thought I'd just give them quirky old lady names.
Glad ya like them.
www.nameberry.com I googled old lady names just now and got this website. Supposedly it helps when you can't think of a name yourself.
