Pretty birds, can you explain the toppy breed to me I've heard of them but don't know anything about them, do they all have their feathers on top of their head like that

I dont know much about toppy except they are an older bloodline more common in southern united states mainly around Louisiana. I know my stags have the mohawk look and my cock used too but his has laid down since he got mature lol
