Yesterday’s steady rain on my walk and I was soaked but I was so hot it felt good and refreshing

Past couple days have been cool and overcast, high winds on Thursday made the high of 14C feel even more chilly.

But all that ends today - the heat and humidity is ramping up, currently 25C with a humidex of 31C, forecast high is 29C.

Overnight lows will not cool down, so there won’t be any relief at night.

The horses and chooks will need their fans tonight, and for the next few nights.

The fans are going full on in the barn for the horses and chooks. For the next 3 days temps will top 30C with high humidity. After Wednesday the temps should moderate, this heat will bring out the mosquitoes!
