I am no expert: but you either have recessive blue in the flock or recessive mottled in the flock. Are you sure the girls are not finding another rooster?

Ringed Teal is correct ........ Dom is short version of Domineckers . We in the US have gotten so used to calling them doms we/i forget the rest of the name (lol) . Shannonh that is one beautiful bird you've got !!! Hope you can raise more . Good Luck
Doubleleft, I'm guessing that is one of your favorite bloodlines, it is one of my favorites here on my place.
well honestly the double left toe mark was what I was referring to, sorry for not being clear. I would love to see a picture one of your Marion Roses.Yes Flypen i've always love that Barred pattern !!! seen some good ones set down over the years ..... always wanted to raise a few but things happen (i lost them or they got away from me somehow over the yrs) My priority was always with the Hatch-Clarets-Roundhead (blended & pure) blood that payed for so many things over the years .
But now I'm just raising a handful for the last few years .
My mind is still ready but my body says no no no . Right now I only have and breed Hatch(Marion Rose) , Clarets(Ship/Griffin) .
I guess this would be a good time to try some doms

Is there a dom family or another line marked or called 'double-left' or has something just flew right over my head (lol) ?
We've gotten a new (supposedly) fancy-up to date camera . Wife don't trust me with it but i'll try to take some pics this week or next ..... i have parkinson's , neck problems & lower back problems , trouble walking, knees (**** , i reread this and thought to myself 'when is the funeral' .... smile .)
Anyhow i'll try to get some for you ..... they are molting right now .
They look like Futch and Col Givens Hatch >< as the story goes : the Marion Rose hatch went to Futch and the Futch hatch went to Col Givens .
