That mink didn't try very hard!lol I don't know about the wire around the feed cups. I don't think he cut out an extra wire. It could have been a weasel, but it sounded like he got a pretty good look at it. He said it was a beautiful dark chocolate brown and didn't really want to leave. He went out to check on a cow and didn't have his gun with him...

Sounds like a mink for sure but it would have to really squeeze I’d think.

Nothing is ever 100% it's all a gamble and if one did domes in hardware cloth alone he'd be broke in no time and frustrated even faster lol.

I can get a 4’ tall by 100’ foot long roll of 1/2”x1/2” hardware clothe shipped to my door for about $200.
