What is good for chicken pox pox? A couple of my birds have bumps on their face

Compare to this. I very seldom see the condition. Affected birds I have culled.

It is viral, so not much you can do... It can be transmitted by insect bites, but also by close contact too.

Are they getting bit by a lot of mosquitoes at night?

not sure , I've been working in El Centro,CA all week. i'll check tonight. pox just runs it's course right?

When I have had it, mosquito pressure on chickens very high at night. Even now I am managing to control the mosquitoes but the extreme wet conditions are making it very difficult. The form I have does not appear to transfer laterally between birds readily. Form here is dry. Can you show closeups of birds you think have it?

My young birds (same year hatch) all get fowl pox. I've never lost any and like when it hits cause they all get it then they are immune for life. It can get quite ugly though

Wing on right has three white (pied) primaries. Left only 1. Camera on phone acting up because out of power.

It looks dry.
