Show Off Your Games!

Looks like at the best he would have some roundhead in him , just not showing asil characteristics which are strong when bred into birds and will show a lot if half but it just don't look like it's in him .

If i could get them to talk i could probably get them to count ......... and if you can see them you can count them........ enough of my smart answers(lol) , they certainly count for what you want them for - eggs - setting - just to grace the yard and to be loved .........

Haha, yes if my chickens could talk, I wouldn't be worried about counting but more about telling them I don't want their blubber.
I'll get pics of her later, she's a good flyer, loves playing the "climb up a tree as soon as Mr.Giant featherless rooster gets his clicking box" game.

if so what breed?

Yup, that`s the one I thought you were talking about. I doubt there is any Asil blood in that bird. Most obvious are the single comb and body type. Can`t say what he is for sure as I`m not up on American gamefowl, but probably a mix of something, which may be good. Time will tell.........Pop

pride&joy :

Ok so here are some pics of my white Pakistani Asils, and some of my Shamo stags the oldest hatched in late Feb and the others are a month or behind. Have to take some of the Maylay as well as the Saipans. I will try and get some better pics later, but as always do share your opinions are always welcome.

Looks like a fun group, Ish. I`m guessing that in a few months you will do as I did and get rid of your other birds and concentrate on your orientals. Funny how "plenty of room" and "plenty of pens" suddenly turns into panic pen building. Looks like you are in for lots of fun...........Pop

Cicene, I don`t see any with Asil traits, either. Which one do you think has some Asil blood? Maybe a better picture would help.........Pop

In the last picture, the stag that is supposed to be an Aseel crossed with an American is on the far right, sitting right next to the Hennie stag. I'll try to get a better picture.
He's the same boy who is in the fourth picture, browsing the grass.
I could be totally wrong, because a bunch of the eggs I hatched turned out to be marked incorrectly.

What color are his legs? If they are pearl, he looks very similar to some of my hatch/roundhead cross's. I agree, no asil there.
