Heres a picture of my boy I need to get a more recent one and one of the pullet she looks like what is called a whitehackle. I'm not real keen on all the game type nicknames or jargon, yet.

Nice Bird, he is what you call in game jargon a "Grey", not pure but some kind of cross,or Duckwing to most standard chicken people. It has taken me a while to catch up on the lingo but the American Games have a language all their own. The "breeds" are named after the people who tinkered with their own stock, crossing their birds with Orientals and other breeds to build the perfect chicken to win in the pits (when it was legal). So if you see an American Game called a Kelso, it is named after the guy's flock that had good success in the pits or "shows". I just started with Americans and they are pretty incredible birds, definetly a handfull, but some of the most amazing chickens I have ever seen.

Yeah I don't know really what he is supposed to be either, the guy I got him and the 2 pullets from said they were Kelso games and they came from somewhere around San Antonio other than that I think he's very pretty and hope to get some chicks from him and the remaining pullet. Some stray dog pack came through and killed the other pullet, of course, I had roosters running all over the place they jerked the feathers out of a few of them but no serious injuries but the hen always gets it as she was the only thing missing after the attack but I now have a process for eliminating varmints such as that waiting just inside the back door its name is Remington 12 ga. 00 buck - predator eliminator, and airel and land based. I have no tolerence for such actions and evidently peole don't want or have a need for their pets or they wouldn't be running around packed together like that just looking for something to prey on. Useless in my book and I won't waste the taxpayers dollars calling the animal control to come to waste their time trying to catch them or house them even, the way I see it eleminate the offenders and there's no more problems. Anyway sorry for the ranting and raving it just hit me all wrong at the time and on the color of the cockeral I call that Golden duck-wing the hen is colored like a silver duck-wing and the other deceased one was BBR hen colored so theres evidently a variety thing going on in the mix some where.
And Pg_noobs asked if he is American game? yes I believe him to be that as when I posted him previously on this thread most everyone that responded said he was not OEG. wrong feet color I beleive was one of the responses and comb type also his comb looks to be a cross between single and pea is what I gathered of course if it were dubbed then who would know, huh? IDK
