Show Off Your Games!

gallorojo,
Yes he's from ideal. Last year was the first time I ordered hatchery birds. I know everyone advised me not to. I just wanted to see if I might like them before I bought the more expensive birds.

Well I'm ready!! I want to get some real Thais! I want the best I can afford. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know that most people sell adults in the Fall/Winter, some sell eggs, I've been down that road, but I will do it if that's all I can get. Only the hatcheries sell chicks! Anyone have a Trio to sell?

Daniel,
Thanks for the reply.

Look up Orchard Poultry, you can find it in google.. Contact Jim Zook, and he'll get you some birds for a good price if he has any available.

I have 2 roosters that i think are games. I sent pictures to someone and they said my younger one looks like a Dom. He did not say what my other one lokked like, only that he is a game.
Does anyone know what breed of game roosters I have? I'm having a hard time finding info and pics of game chickens (esp. when I don't know that mine are)

They look like game crosses to me. Too heavy in the body and too short legged. When it comes to gamefowl, once crossed, it does not even come close to being gamefowl.

MPO!!! The first two look like Dorking crosses and the last two look like maybe Golden Salmon Marans crosses!!! Just my personal Opniion! I like them but they would not be what I would call games. Lynn
