Just curious ... What does XD mean? and what is SQ?

XD is just a form of laughter. Similar to LOL, Lmbo, Rotfl, etc. Originally it was used to display a type of "Dying" laughter- that is what the X stood for like in the old cartoons where X's would cover the eyes of someone when they die. SQ stands for Show quality.
