Whitehackles were used in the makeup of many of the different game strains we refer to today. Good ones are nice ones to have around.That's a heck of an "incoming" photo. Yes that is what is commonly referred to as "buttermilk". She was quite the pet, my son called her "Henny" and she was as friendly as could be.. almost too friendly to be able to get the feeding done around here...The linked below looks like what I imagine you call buttermilk.
