Show Off Your Games!

Thanks at least it's on the same property so no moving of birds. They demolished today neighbors said their was a crowd watching including the mailman as far as your crow I'd take him you never know he may stay or if not at least he had a chance
U know about how far u want to move like a few miles or another state? If not too far I've seen some pretty creative ways to move stuff that wasn't quite properly fitting onto the trailer that was hauling it lol

They hatched on May 21. So actually 9 weeks tomorrow. Not sure on weight.

Yours differ markedly from mine when they loose barring pattern on flight feathers.

Below is how mine looked at about 10 weeks. The Still have patterned feathers evident among secondary flight feathers when pushing 14 weeks and will have some until a good 18 weeks post-hatch.

Havent found my new home yet, but my wife and I hoping to find something within the same town, or within 15 miles or so. What creative ideas do you have? any advise will be considered.

I will probably bring the crow, even though I think he is getting more and more wild. I see him less often now-a-days, usually only 15 min before sunset and soemtimes early in the morning. I chased him away a couple times after I watched him kill a few baby chicks. I suspect he has killed 10-20 already this year. I lost all but 2 Modern x American game cross chicks to him. I was blaming my dog, but after watching him I know the crow takes the smallest ones and flys off with them... my dog usually kills the larger ones and leaves the bodies in the yard.

Where my chickens are concerned, they are approaching organic and are not GMO's in any way. These birds represent a relatively old strain with likely very little Oriental blood (GMO source to me).

haha. GMO --> oriental blood.

Everybody thinks your chickens are scientific because you describe them like a scientist. If you said that, "I bred the grandpa to the granddaughter" then nobody would get that impression. Keep up the scientific work, I like deciphering your posts. :)
