what supplements do you all feed to your chicks besides starter pleas include brand.

I just mix some black sunflower seeds in with regular feed. oil helps during molt and gives healthy feathers.

I have a question about the wings of gamefowl... I noticed some of my fowl (roosters in particular) have wing feathers really tight so that the tip comes to sharp point... While others have a more rounded tip... is this due to the way the rooster holds himself or is there a genetic difference which causes different style wings...



Notice my above photo of "Fabio"... he has a sharp point where the tips of the feathers converge...

but this rooster "Champ" has a blunt/rounded wing... is this genetic or is he just not holding his feathers tight... I prefer the sharp point.
