Coccidia out there are repressented by many forms. Each is particular to the types if host it lives in. My understanding is those infecting mammals will not infect birds.

Are your affected chicks kept in a brooder? Brooders have a lot in common with concentration camps when not properly run.

Based on pictures you posted before you have had at least some birds confined. Did you use waterers / feeders there then use them in brooder area?

No, all of my boxes that I use are never used again for chicks, it's a one time thing. After chicks are big enough they get moved out of brooder, and brooder boxes are cleaned and used for storage containers, for clothes, blankets and other things. Plus the waterer and feeder was new I never reuse anything. They went from brooder at 1 1/2 weeks old to a cage my husband made just for them, and on the back porch, and then from there to the new coop. With the lamp over them, last week we stopped using the lamp. They have had grass around them, and bugs, and I thought everything was ok with them in there. They have been in and out of the house daily.

Speed just went back outside, he has been in here now for a couple of hours. But with company coming I figured we had better get some more cleaning done, and move him back out to the little coop for awhile. That one is as healthy as can be. Even stole some toast out of my hand this morning.

There are two ways to contaminate your brooder. First is bringing contaminated equipment into brooder which you ruled out. Second is bringing cocci in with birds which based upon my understanding of what you wrote above you do. My rule is all in or all out, and when out in areas where cocci concentration is low until immunity developed. When you bring them back in after a bit of pecking around outside, you then bring them into brooder where consumption of contaminated feces is much more probable. That is one of my favorite ways to kill chicks; too much love. In that setting prophylactic treatment with medicated feed I advise.

If infection by less aggressive route, then chick should have been culled anyway.

They were on the hard wood floor not the brooder. The brooder is being used by afghans. They have been in their own coop area, where other chickens have not been (So no contamination there) then are carried into the house, and placed on the hardwood floor. And where I wash my floor daily, I am sure there isn't anything on it. This is why Speed runs from the living room to the dining room then off to the kitchen. Then back again. Speed already has figured out how to get on the couch, the recliner, and the ottoman. Wait until speed starts taking off for the bedrooms, then I wont ever keep speed off the beds.

Oh and for just 2 games, we cleaned the brooder out 2 times a day when they were in it. Once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. These chicks were not in a brooder for weeks. They had a lamp over them in their own cage at night and one in the coop during the day, unless if it got up to 85 then I would turn the light off during the day. And the cage is off the ground so any poop fell through, and that was cleaned up every morning. I check the cage every morning to see if it needs to be cleaned because even though Speed has his or her own coop I feel safer leaving a chick caged then not at night, You never know when a coon, or a possum may think them to be an easy target. I believe in keeping every one of my chicks, or full grown chickens safe.

Chicks also have been brought up on medicated food. I started them off on that. Speed still gets it, even though Speed prefers my toast over food. I also have game feed starter here, but haven't used it yet. I usually use the medicated for little ones until when they are 12 weeks.

Speed did great yesterday, played in here on the floor for hours, and we took speed back out and to eat and get some fresh air, then back into the house for more quality time. Talk about smart. That one is learning now where the food is in the kitchen. Speed got lost in here yesterday found the chick in the feed bag. Funny as could be with that little head popping up. Chattering away like look at what I found
