No, we swapped eggs so I'm going to just take it as a loss and lesson learned. Stags will be culled and pullets will be given away. I've obtained some other nice birds since that I'm focusing on.

I am not breeding to change it. They have always been lower stationed but some is owing to how I take photographs. I like to have a hen outside picture so bird is displaying to her. Pic above I was also trying to get picture of cotton to show down for another purpose. One of the key strains we crossed into was high stationed to give reach. We considered the low station to be associated with quickness and hard hitting. The battlecross was intermediate on both accounts and larger than our strain. I think the high stationed strain we crossed with had a lot of oriental in it as always had peacomb and was heavy boned..
