I have sent to PR but that is it. Because it is a part of the US. However the hatching rate is far less for them when we send there. Not sure if it has to do with the flight or not. But my buyer had 0 hatch the first time, I sent him more just for the postage, and he got 2 to hatch so then he bought more and he got 4 out of 33 eggs to hatch. I sent him plenty of extras, and still the hatch rate was very low, not like here in the states.
