If they are not already together I put the cock in with the hen cause it's her domain. Let him get some 3 times then take him out. I stay incase they start fighting. After 36hrs fertile eggs should be laid. Do that every 3-4 days till I get what I want weather her to set or taking the eggs.

You can use a cock to moderate hen on hen conflicts in many intances. Most cocks will pummel hens that fight within their group and hens will quickly figure out how to avoid the cocks attacks by not fighing in front of him. Pecking order will still ensue. Subgrade cocks or stags often cannot provide good moderation.

Well what works for me works for me and what works for u works for u. I have too much invested to assume everybody will eventually get along. I'm not gonna walk away from a hen killing a hen. Maybe u witnessed this due to subgrade hens

Only you said anything about walking away. Getting hens killed is usually do to being a bit sloppy or over confining birds.

Have to remember too that add in going broody and even the best of "friends" in a penned group of hens/pullets will turn violent towards each other. Best if penning to stick to singles with gamefowl. With my asils I even have to single pen hens from cocks for most of the year as they can and will turn on one another resulting in injury and/or death.
