Thank you I he is an american grey and the hen is silver duckwing.

I was also wondering what will a warhorse mixed with the Greg look like.
Silver Duckwing is Grey
Golden Duckwing is Grey or somtimes Hatch/Grey

Grey is just a term that American's use... Silver and Gold duckwing is old terminology probably used in Old English Games.

Well, actually. The term Grey is used by the gaming community. The terms Silver Duckwing and Gold Duckwing are registered terms that are the proper names for the breeds as recognized by the American Poultry Association and other international poultry authorities. The gaming community refers to birds according historically famous breeder lines such as Hatch, Lieper, Law etc. Where as the in the authorized show poultry world, breeds are classified by their color with names such as Black Breasted Red, Wheaten, Silver Duckwing etc. So the terms you use depends not on the bird, but the person who you are talking to. If you are talking to a person who is into showing poultry (chickens) and you use the term "Grey" they will have no idea what you are talking about, and if they do, they will know that you are a person of the gaming mindset. Likewise, people from the gaming background will not know what you are talking about if you say Black Breasted Red, and if they do, they will know that you are from the show poultry community. This is not to say that what the show bird community calls a Silver Duckwing or Black Breasted Red is the same thing as what the gaming community calls a Grey, Hatch or Lieper. The difference is that the show bird community focuses on color, stance, weight and other technical characteristics, where as the gaming community focuses on heredity and attitude.

Hey there guys... just wondering if anybody could identify my roo Crowley for me... I hatched him from what I bought as "Malay hatching eggs"... yeah definitely not Malay, neither him nor the hen that hatched (deceased) grew any bigger than 5-6 pounds... he's about 1 and 3/4 feet tall... and he never really got the 3 curves Malay should have... I've been calling him an "Asil mutt" for a year or so now, but I honestly am not sure that's even what he is. Does anybody have any ideas?
there are several line of malay and that is a malay bird...

I have a question. I have a game hen who was perfectly fine for the first two weeks we have had her then all of a sudden she is just real lethargic and sleeping all day. She has no other symptoms. Any ideas?

OK I'm assuming you're referring to the type of lines that would be seen in American-type games? I tend to use the show community terms, i.e. when I hear Malay I assume people are referring to show-type Malay, 3 ft. cocks with 3 curves and such. I wasn't aware that there were many lines of oriental games (although I have heard of multiple Thai/Asil lines before), but honestly I was never even able to familiarize myself with American-type lines, much less find out about different Oriental lines. So many crazy confusing words!
