Like I said I will defend my farm with my life.
There are millions of chickens in these areas. I haven't heard of anyone having their flock euthanized yet.

When the H1N1 flu broke out a few years ago millions of chickens and pigs where euthanized.

I promise an army will be raised and it'll be national news if they come to my yard. I have so many friends that will stand together against it. It wont happen. They dont have the resources to go door to door.

Maybe big facilities (egg and meat producers) have to abide because they are subject to health laws and are probably reimbursed for their losses.

The USDA does have the resources to go door to door. I have a friend who works for the USDA and she was in California for 3 weeks going door to door testing and sometimes euthanizing birds.
Hobby poultry owners are reimbursed for the loss of their birds.

There is a huge network of gamefowl trade, from Mexico all the way up to northern California. Texas, new mexico, Arizona too.

Funny how white populace cities right next door, like yorba Linda, murrieta, temecula, redlands etc (also rural) arent on the list
