oh, sweet little gurl bird. I don't want her to be sad when you are not there. Even if she imprints on you, is there a chance she will bond with Wobs?I just might! Also, it's funny...this little girl seems to be imprinted on me, after all. Her mirror won't do the trick, I gotta be there or else she cries. That shouldn't be possible, I thought?
She's been off medication for almost two weeks now. But now her wing feathers are falling out. Haha aww cute Dappy likes to bite my fingers while I play xbox it's cute but annpying when I die. She's been laid asleep on me for a while nowI just guess maybe I haven't been spending enough time with her xxx
ship that duckling westward so I can kiss him.OMG I have missed so much cuteness!!!!!
Chaotic week here, and of course, tons of hatching!!! (Figures everyone would hatch then)...
Today and yesterday's cuddlers:

u r hilariousOne of the first things to go in the spring molt are the wing and tail feathers. My living room looks like a duck exploded. My backyard, with the main flock looks like there is still snow on the ground (it's all feathers!). One of my drakes has a mainly white head now, since he's blown out most of his colored head feathers.
I suspect Dappy is in a spring molt - the medication may just be a red herring in this case!

How old is she? I've heard they can imprint several days after hatch, especially if they're an only duck.
I'm not sure, I think she's 2-3 days old? Well, 4 now. I just didn't think it was possible. I'm glad, but I'm just surprised, is all!
