It's funny that you say that beacuse if I owned chickens, I would not be able to eat the eggs. My mind tells me that eggs from the store are sanitized and healthier than eggs from your backyard. I know this is not true but I gag when I try to eat farm fresh eggs.

Ha! No worries, my husband and mother in law are the same way. They won't eat the eggs from our girls. I use them when I cook and just don't tell them... lol but I've noticed that have a different smell than the ones from the grocery store. It's sort of a warm smell... but that could be totally in my mind since I keep all my fresh eggs on the counter, and it does get warm here.

I have been following the posts, I just forgot my information and it took me a while to remember xD @kukupecpec, I just got the diapies in the mail and OMG I love them.. Cookie let me put hers on like a champ, Cupcake wasn't having it at first. he changed his mind once he realized all the freedom he got loll They are so happy now to be able to follow me around the house instead of hollering for me from the bedroom... except now it's trying to make me follow them to the kitchen.

Such spoiled babies. lol thanks again!! I am so happy to finally have them running around.

I missed all the duckie stories!!! I took the babies to visit grandmas (my mom of course lol ). and meet her ducks and chickens.. Lets just say they were not having any part of it, just wanted to roam around me all day, though they had all that space to run around, and if the other ducks came too close to me, cupcake would begin to chase them away.. oh well..I tried to give them a fun day! lol

Quick question... Lately, Cookie the girl who quacks her fool head off all the time. does this happy like fast grunting weird noise. Like supper excited like almost spastic in a way.. (i'l try to get a video) ..Do any of yours do that? Mostly when going to a fresh cage after a bath, cuddle time or meal time.... or when shes demanding meal worms at 5 am , and cupcake hes a pretty vocal male.. poor guy keeps going through voice changes like an awkward teenage boy :/ hes super talkative though. They both are the epitome of chatterboxes.

I don't enjoy children... at all lol. But there are those special few that I can get along with. Normal kids generally drive me INSANE, but I'm good at being a nanny, and when you're searching for money it helps to use a talent ha. But you certainly don't have to go into anything child-related! I just meant if you put it all out there, everything you are good at (even if it seems TOTALLY unrelated) someone will recognize you as exactly what they need. And I think writing about yourself like that gives people extra insight into your personality, more than would ever come out in an interview, and it draws the right employer in your direction. We've all had the boss that just completely rubs us the wrong way... uhg lol

That seems silly... how can they refuse to employ you because you're a client? That's how MOST people in Tucson end up with their vet jobs! They were all clients first and fell in love with the clinic and when a spot opened up they use that relationship to boost them to the top. Seems like a good way to recruit people you trust and know truly care about animals.

That's so awesome that Trina's doing well, I know how hard that was on ya. As for the job thing, eh, I guess I could try to be proactive and start my own project like that, going to schools and whatnot, but I've never done anything like that before and I'm not the best with kids. I actually was up for a job at the bird clinic I used to be at but I was DQ'd since I'd become a client after the fact. Which ****** sucks.

ugh! I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't handle those kid things well.

That's what I was thinking that as a client they should really snatch her up!

I'm so glad they are enjoying the freedom! That's totally the best part of diapers I think. I like dressing ChaCha up, but the true benefit is freeeeedoooom! lol
