Show off your house ducks!

I hope so! The only times I witness them mating is at night when they're in their crate. Since I can hear them but not see them, I know Wobbles is...er..."crossing the finish line", but I don't know if he's hitting his target, LOL!

Ha, that's funny. I hope that by the sheer number of attempts he will hit the target and you will get some eggs. I mean if it's every night and constant I am gonna gamble and say it's gonna be sooner than later.

Thanks =D!! ChaCha was so good for me today until she broke a toenail =( not even sure what happened, all of a sudden her nail was short and bleeding! So she got a nice foot soak and lots of treats =)

Reporting in all the way from the U.K here.!

I hope you don't mind me sharing some photos with you guys and girls of our two runners we got from a few days old to now.
They are INCREDIBLY close to small children and absolutely LOVE my 1 year old son Benjamin.

Benjamin has handled and cuddled the ducks from day one and they can't get enough of him.!

we now even have parties around our house for all Benjamin's friends because the duck lap up the attention and constantly want to be handled and stroked.

However they do now live outside the whole time and it's making their relationship with Benjamin weaker as I am struggling to find a supplier of Duck Diapers in the UK. :-(

We had a Halloween party last night and the ducks where the stars of the party getting stuck right in.!

They are now roughly 3 months old so they have bonded with Benjamin every single day since they where only a few days old.
They are just like little humans themselves, they love getting attention and being touched, necks being stroked and bellies being rubbed.

When I open the back door they come waddling in like they own the place and just follow Benjamin around like he's their God.

I will try and update occasionally with more photos of them growing up together.
