This is Pearl, our head hen. She is 6 months and the smallest of the group. She is a good boss-chicken and tries to protect the bottom chicken. Pearl will fly across the yard to break up a chase. She is the one who warns everyone of "danger" and has quite a fit if she loses site of the group. Pearl honks like a goose!
