Show off your Old English Game Bantams!!

That's awesome! Thanks!
So cockerel for sure then?

From what I can see, yes. Do you see any salmon color on the chest? Up around the neck area is where it is usually first visible. It looks all black from what I see, which means male. Plus the comb lol.

If he isn't pure silver duckwing, he will likely get some coloring on his back first, like red/rusty color probably. If he is pure, he should stay all black and white.

Here's my eldest silver duckwing boy. About a year and a half old.

Thanks for all the great info! Here are a few more pictures of him. Maybe these will help?

Best looking Brown Red cockerel I've ever hatched. Except he's not Brown Red. Both his parents were Lemon Blue.

I've not weighed him, but he seems a little big for his age. Surprising since he comes from a tiny female line.

Have one of his Lemon Black half-sisters to mate him too.

Very nice jophus! That lemon black is beautiful!
Darn, I thought I liked the lemon blues, but now I'll have to throw lemon black into my want list. :D

Got rid of all my Brown Reds (except for 3 chicks) because I just didn't like them. Then I hatch these 2 from my Lemon Blues.

Gonna pen these 2 Lemon Blacks with my only remaining BR pullet. Should be fun.
