I would say a bantam cross but doesn't look oegb to me.

looks like a black breasted red with a mix of some other color but a oegb for sure the color on your other bird looks similar to my spangled oegb.

the head looks more gold to me.....really hard to tell in pictures, it will be fun to see what grows out.
