Show off your Old English Game Bantams!!

I'm about to start building the coop and run for the OEGB I'm getting in the spring, what would be a good size coop for 6-8 birds? What's a good size for nesting boxes as well? TIA.

The room rule for an LF bird is 4sq ft per bird. Since they bantams you could go less than that

Hi, Does anyone know about the cold tolerance for OBE hens? i want to start heating their coop but i would like to know the lowest comfortable temp.

I was wondering about the temps too, thanks for answering. I only have one bantam, a little OEGB hen that is eight weeks old tomorrow. She is fully featherd, but with our sudden cold snap she seems chilled, and is shivery if I pick her up. My broody is still taking care of them, so she gets mom snuggles to warm her, hopefully she will be fine!

Anyone interested in some pullets?

I have 2 black/gold OEGB pullets, not quite show quality because of their color, but 100% NOT hatchery blood. They have excellent type, and are from my breeding flock that has done quite well in shows.

I also have a few other bantams for sale.

Pm me if interested! I am in Sacramento. I will not ship.

Here's my oegb Kalico, bad pic cause he never sits still!
