I can get a hen for a good price. If I do get her. Might just keep her for the eggs, & hatching out chicks.

You should get blues and blue silver duckwings, although it may take some breeding to get them just right. If I'm thinking right, any blue silver duckwings should be male, with blue pulle

Hasn't been too cold yet here. We've had a handful of nights in the 20's, but they're tolerating it well. What are you not doing anymore?

BTW, Chicken genetics calculator say all the birds will be blue. F2 crosses would give you blue SDW.

I was talking about not getting the SDW But I might still get her, could I possibly make a blue SDW? And yeah mines are doing well as well

You most certainly can make blue SDW. All the genes are there. I just sold off the last pair of my SDW's this fall, and one was a blue SDW pullet I had hatched here. They are beautiful birds.

Thanks for the advice I'll see what happenes and will definitely update you on them. I might get her next week or this week.
