That is a LOT of eye feathers for a two year old! But it must be by looking at the form and the thinness in places. Very promising bird, hope to see a comparison picture next year.

Looks normal to me see the blind eyes

Is it because you have a longer growing season that birds down there mature earlier? I have had a few two year old cocks and so far only a couple of them have had ANY eyes, six or eight, hardly any more. I have one right now with six, and one is on a train feather that sticks way out behind him about a foot longer than all the rest.
