Here are some of mine at 8 weeks. Some have more red than others. I have 8. They are very friendly and pleasant. My EE pullet is extremely skiddish. Maybe she is feeling a little out numbered though

Yes, I would say that the two more orange looking ones are. Looks like it won't be long before they lay. Next month maybe.

They are that young? Well then, they have another 9 or 10 weeks to go. They just look older in the photo I guess. My sex links have usually started really close to the 5 month mark.

Pic #2: Are you feeding them raw egg? Scrambled egg is a good protein supplement but feeding raw eggs will almost certainly get them into egg eating.
