i have little bit problem
i have 5 cockerels an 1 pullet (they are 3 months old). sometimes i just frustrated with the cockerel, they are verry noice, attactive and sometimes broke the nest, and one day maybe i need one more again 1 pullet, i took a cornish X pullet, she is one month old, and imagine what, all the cockerel attack the cornish X untill she got little injured in her head, but i'm proud she still eat food enough (cornish X typical). and now, she separated from them, hopefully when she adult, the cockerel acccept her.
(sorry form my bad english)

I have had many roosters over the years. I love them all. I had one that wasn't nice. I did finally get through to him that I was the alpha but that didn't pertain to other people. He finally went to an auction. Don't know if he was going to be a breeder or eaten.
That's sounds good cmom, only one mean boy out of all the ones you've had through the years. Hope I luck out.
I was told that sex links don't go broody very often. Here is my red sex link hen with 4 silkie chicks. This is her third time in less than a year.
