Cottonball turned out to be a pullet, but I lost her (probably coccidiosis).

Mine have been laying at 18-19 weeks.

That's what I would say, emphatically even.
Now, I've got to put in here that I've had a few (very few, less than 10%) girls who look like cockerels briefly and then lay me eggs later on. On those, I was mostly thinking pullet, and then they'd go through a phase (sometimes two or three times) when they looked like cockerels. So, I wouldn't swear to it, but yes, it does L@@K like a cockerel in that pic.

Mine were about 20, hatched in March and started laying in July-Aug.
